New, welded hydraulic cylinder with thread-in gland retainer. Superficial rust on cartridge valve and valve cavity from storage. Transfer tube, both ports at base end. 7/16" barrel tubing thickness. SUN model CBEA-LHN counter-balance valve with 3:1 pilot ratio, rated for 30 GPM, set to 4000 PSI, allen screw adjustment. Clevis can accept a 1/2" cross-bolt to retain clevis pin. Eye in tang made to accept a spherical bushing (not included).
