New ITT Neo-Dyn model 200PV1S59. Use as interface between hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Aerospace quality 3 way air valve has inlet blocked and cylinder port connected to exhaust until hydraulic pressure reaches 3950 PSI then shifts to apply air pressure to cylinder. All ports 1/8" NPT. Aluminum construction, weatherproof design.
