Brand new. Brake kit for use with plate casters with 4" diameter wheel. Includes axle bolt with grease zerk, lock nut, on/off push plate, wheel brake lever, and spring washer. Specifically fits Surplus Center item numbers 700122, 700123, 700107, 700108, 700573 and 700572.
